- 3+ years experience in a high-volume food service
- at least 1 year experience or exposure to menu research and development
- flexibility to work different shifts including night, weekends, and holidays
- valid food handler's certificate or equivalent

Job Duties
- Cuts and portions different types of meat according to specifications
- cuts and portions different types of cheese according to specifications
- cuts and portions different types of fruits and vegetables according to specifications
- assist with dishing out all food and or meals for airlines
- read and follow dnata Catering recipes correctly and provide correct proportions
- comply with all HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures
- assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
