Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years experience in a high-volume food service
  • at least 1 year experience or exposure to menu research and development
  • flexibility to work different shifts including night, weekends, and holidays
  • valid food handler's certificate or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Cuts and portions different types of meat according to specifications
  • cuts and portions different types of cheese according to specifications
  • cuts and portions different types of fruits and vegetables according to specifications
  • assist with dishing out all food and or meals for airlines
  • read and follow dnata Catering recipes correctly and provide correct proportions
  • comply with all HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures
  • assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
