  • Basic kitchen knowledge preferred
  • great at following direction and step by step instruction with accuracy
  • enjoy working as part of a collaborative team with excellent communication
  • able to prioritize tasks safely and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to lift 40 lbs
  • able to continuously stand, walk, reach, bend in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Wash and chop produce
  • measure ingredients
  • prep stations by following prep list
  • follow strict food safety and sanitation standards including proper food handling, storage, and labeling
  • work closely with the kitchen team ensuring proper food preparation for smooth and efficient food service
  • maintain a clean, organized workspace by performing cleaning tasks, sanitizing equipment, and organizing food storage
  • follow safety policies and procedures including proper knife and kitchen utensil handling and wearing protective gear
