Job Requirements

  • Previous restaurant experience required
  • Ability to move quickly and with urgency in a high-volume environment
  • Strong knife skills to minimize waste and ensure consistency
  • Knowledge of and adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Physical ability to stand, stoop, kneel, walk, wipe, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work variable hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Experience in high volume restaurant settings preferred
  • Strong knife skills and ingredient preparation expertise
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Preparing, cutting, washing, and organizing fresh ingredients
  • Stocking stations with necessary ingredients and supplies
  • Accurately measuring and portioning ingredients according to recipes
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work area following food safety protocols
  • Receiving deliveries and organizing inventory properly
  • Assisting with other kitchen tasks such as dishwashing and cleaning
  • Learning multiple roles including Salad Maker and Food Runner through cross-training
