- Must have proven experience as a prep cook or in a similar kitchen role

Job Duties
- Prep ingredients for cooking including washing peeling chopping vegetables and measuring out ingredients to ensure everything is ready for the kitchen team
- assist in meal preparation by following recipes and instructions from the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure dishes are prepared to perfection
- maintain a clean and organized work area including both the kitchen and storage areas ensuring efficiency and safety
- assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies ensuring we have everything we need to keep operations running smoothly
- follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company division and Health Department following all health and safety regulations
- contributes to a productive work culture by staying focused and finding ways to improve self and others
