Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of cook-to-order experience
  • Must be able to work some weekends and holidays
  • Be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers

Job Duties

  • Assist in the consistent preparation of all food items according to proper safety and cooking techniques
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen and work station
  • Use culinary talents to prepare and assemble high quality menu items that drive resident satisfaction
  • Follow standard operating procedures for food handling and storage
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
