Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a prep cook or in a similar kitchen role
- Solid knowledge of food preparation techniques with the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- A strong attention to detail and the organizational skills to keep your work area clean and efficient
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment juggling multiple tasks at once
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring a smooth and cooperative kitchen environment
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Lift up to 25 pounds consistently
- Lift 25 to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Duties
- Prep ingredients for cooking including washing peeling chopping vegetables and measuring out ingredients to ensure everything is ready for the kitchen team
- Assist in meal preparation by following recipes and instructions from the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure dishes are prepared to perfection
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including both the kitchen and storage areas ensuring efficiency and safety
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies ensuring we have everything we need to keep operations running smoothly
- Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company division and Health Department following all health and safety regulations
- Contribute to a productive work culture by staying focused and finding ways to improve self and others
