Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients for menu items including chopping, slicing, and measuring

  • Follow health and safety guidelines in food handling and kitchen operations
  • Manage inventory of prep supplies and communicate needs to kitchen management
  • Support team members during busy service times
  • Ensure consistent quality of ingredients and presentation
