Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Receive and inspect produce and food goods for quality
- wash vegetables and food items thoroughly
- cut vegetables to standard sizes according to Din Tai Fung guidelines
- prepare ingredients for cooking and service
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the prep area
- comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- assist with other kitchen tasks as assigned by supervisors
