Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a prep cook or similar role preferred
- basic knife skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina to perform kitchen duties
- food safety certification is a plus

Job Duties
- cook and prepare various recipes and food products according to prep lists
- prepare all batch recipes in accordance with portion and quality control
- follow temperature guidelines and company issued recipes
- manage all aspects of the station including set up, prep work, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, break down and storage
- operate kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, and oven
- ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
- assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation
