Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for 8 hours or more per shift

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards
- adjust prep levels based on business volume to avoid over-prepping or under-prepping
- practice proper waste management and food handling procedures
- assist line cooks as needed during service
- receive and properly put away food and supply orders
- maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep area
- communicate effectively with the kitchen team
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
