Job Duties
- Prepare food according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain consistency in cooking and plate presentation
- Participate in cross-training for various kitchen roles including line cook duties
- Operate smokers and other cooking equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure punctuality and regular attendance
- Follow sanitation and safety protocols especially related to COVID-19
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive kitchen environment
