Job Duties
- Create a relaxed destination by actively participating in a team environment demonstrating genuine hospitality and team player skills to promote culinary success
- Set the course by possessing complete knowledge and ensuring timely execution of all food menus and recipes including ingredients preparation methods and presentation
- Build the perfect oasis by providing constructive performance feedback to kitchen teammates while practicing open authentic dialogue with the restaurant team
- Support your crew by ensuring safety cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
