Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a prep cook or similar role
- ability to stand for long periods
- capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- familiarity with kitchen equipment operation
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

Job Duties
- prepare and cook recipes according to prep lists provided by the chef
- maintain portion control and quality standards for all batch recipes
- manage temperature guidelines and follow company issued recipes
- set up and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the station
- perform prep work including stocking and food storage
- ensure sanitation and food safety compliance
- operate kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, and oven
