Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety

Job Duties

  • Knowing menus and products and preparing food according to standards
  • Reading recipes, guest orders, etc.
  • Using standard kitchen appliances and utensils
  • Maintaining proper sanitation control of products
  • Operating in a fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • Performs other duties as assigned or directed
