Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and stock ingredients for daily food production according to recipes and Chef’s instructions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations to comply with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries properly
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to kitchen management
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Support chefs and line cooks during service as needed
