Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and stock ingredients for daily food production according to recipes and Chef’s instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations to comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries properly
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to kitchen management
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Support chefs and line cooks during service as needed
