Job Requirements
- Food Handlers Certification required
- minimum 1 year of kitchen or food preparation experience
- understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Basic culinary knowledge and knife-handling proficiency

Job Duties
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and production requirements
- wash, chop, measure, and organize food items for service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, coolers, and storage
- assist cooks and chefs with bulk production, setup, and plating
- label, date, and store food items following FIFO and temperature control standards
- operate kitchen tools and equipment safely, including knives, mixers, and slicers
- minimize waste and monitor product quality
- follow all Legends health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- communicate with supervisors about stock shortages or quality issues
