Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years in a prep cook role
- Experience in high volume, scratch or upscale kitchen environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

Job Duties
- Follow established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards and procedures
- Maintain a clean and food-safe environment
- Passionately prepare, portion, and or cook food items according to quality specifications
- Assess ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
- Be a team player and work with a positive and supportive attitude
- Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the bakery
- Accommodate fluctuating business demands and varying work shifts
