Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume food service
- At least 1 year experience or exposure to menu research and development
- Valid food handler’s certificate or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including night, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle physical demands such as standing and lifting up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year experience or exposure to menu research and development
- Reliable and quality-conscious worker
- Culinary knowledge of terms, procedures, and practices
- Flexibility to work independently or as part of a team

- Ability to handle a heavy workload accurately
- Ability to work different shifts including night, weekends, and holidays
- Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Cuts and portions different types of meat according to specifications
- Cuts and portions different types of cheese according to specifications
- Cuts and portions different types of fruits and vegetables according to specifications
- Assist with dishing out all food and or meals for airlines
- Read and follow dnata Catering recipes correctly and provide correct proportions
- Comply with all HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures
- Assist in the proper storage and rotation of ingredients to ensure freshness and minimize waste
