Job Requirements
- Continuous standing and frequent walking
- Able to occasionally carry 15 lbs
- Able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs with assistance
- Ability to perform occasional bending, squatting, and reaching
- Must be able to work flexible schedules
- Must be able to comply with hygiene and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- At least six months of previous cooking experience
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Neat and clean appearance
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques
Job Duties
- Prepare items for future use by cutting and chopping
- Slice meat using automatic meat slicer
- Weigh and portion food items
- Prepare soups, batters, dough for rolls
- Proof and bake rolls
- Make sauces or gravies
- Retrieve food items from cooler, freezer, and stock room
- Clean and sanitize work areas
- Sweep floors
- Assist with putting away product deliveries
- Assist with Grill Cook duties as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
