Job Duties

  • preparing meats, fresh salads, vegetables, dressings, sides, etc.
  • handling and portioning items accurately and safely
  • labeling, dating, rotating and storing all items produced
  • ensuring all food items meet quality and safety standards
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization in the prep area
  • following health and safety regulations
  • assisting with other kitchen tasks as needed
