- related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry
- strong interpersonal skills
- basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- basic computer skills
- ability to maintain a flexible schedule
- ability to attend and successfully complete ongoing training or certification programs
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to handle weight up to 75 pounds
- ability to work in fast-paced, humid, and temperature-variable environments
- frequent hand washing
- ability to work with cleaning chemicals

Job Duties
- preparing meats, fresh salads, vegetables, dressings, sides, etc.
- handling and portioning items accurately and safely
- labeling, dating, rotating and storing all items produced
- ensuring all food items meet quality and safety standards
- maintaining cleanliness and organization in the prep area
- following health and safety regulations
- assisting with other kitchen tasks as needed
