Job Requirements
- Less than high school education
- Up to one-month related experience or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple sentences
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
- Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or scheduled instructions
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Physical ability to stand, walk frequently, and lift up to 25 pounds daily

- Strong customer focus with the ability to meet expectations and requirements of internal and external customers and establish effective relationships
Job Duties
- Maintain extreme sanitary conditions by thoroughly cleaning work areas on a daily basis
- Prepare food products to specification/recipe, ensuring accuracy and freshness for à la carte or banquet production
- Help in the preparation and production of banquet events
- Assist the line in stocking and finishing of products
- Receive, stock, store, and transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Clean all kitchen areas including stainless and surface tops, shelves, and walls
- Clean equipment and floors and assist in dishwashing as needed
- Remove trash and garbage and place into designated receptacles
- Steam clean or hose out garbage cans
- Attend in-service training and educational seminars as assigned
- Represent the PGA of America in a professional manner
