Job Duties
- Coordinate and organize the preparation of scratch-made food items according to recipes and standards
- Ensure correct measurements and use of ingredients
- Monitor shelf lives to maintain food quality and minimize waste
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to health and safety standards
- Assist in food preparation consistent with menu requirements
- Support kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all sanitation and safety procedures diligently
