Job Duties
- prep vegetables and meats using safe and efficient knife skills
- follow recipes to prepare menu items per restaurant standards
- unload deliveries from trucks and store items in appropriate areas
- maintain storeroom in an orderly manner
- assist with dishwashing when needed
- sweep and mop kitchen floor at end of shift
- follow prep lists to complete tasks efficiently
