Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring according to recipes and kitchen standards
- Assist with basic cooking tasks as assigned by the Chef or Line Cook
- Set up workstations with necessary tools, ingredients, and supplies before service
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of all food items to maintain freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, equipment, and storage areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
- Assist with plating, garnishing, and minor food assembly as directed
