Job Requirements

  • Full time (30 hours or more) or part time position (30 hours or less) with a flexible schedule
  • availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work shifts from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. that may fluctuate
  • minimum 1 year experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen cook role
  • internal candidates must be in good standing without performance issues for at least 1 year
  • associate's degree in culinary, hospitality, management, or business preferred but not required
  • state food handler's certification required

Job Duties

  • follow directions from cooks, chefs, or food service managers
  • maintain adherence to safety and hygiene regulations
  • assist in inventory management
