Job Requirements
- Full time (30 hours or more) or part time position (30 hours or less) with a flexible schedule
- availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work shifts from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. that may fluctuate
- minimum 1 year experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen cook role
- internal candidates must be in good standing without performance issues for at least 1 year
- associate's degree in culinary, hospitality, management, or business preferred but not required
- state food handler's certification required

Job Duties

- complete preparation of food and recipes according to standards
- clean and sanitize kitchen equipment
- organize kitchen workstations
- follow directions from cooks, chefs, or food service managers
- maintain adherence to safety and hygiene regulations
- assist in inventory management
