Job Requirements
- Flexibility in scheduling including AM breakfast shift
- willingness to work various day, night and weekend shifts

Job Duties
- Develop knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods (grill, sauté and fry)
- use knives and various kitchen equipment proficiently
- consistently prepare all food items to standard
- prepare cold items, salads, simple side dishes, simple appetizers and more
- wash and chop vegetables, cut meat, and prepare cooking ingredients
- assist with inventory management to ensure proper par and stock levels
- mix and prepare cold sauces, meat glazes, jellies, salad dressings, and stuffings
- learn to minimize food waste through cross utilization
- work collaboratively with a world-class culinary team
- create workstations equipped with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
- maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment
- properly store all food and kitchen items
- set up and break down the breakfast buffet and keep it stocked during breakfast hours
