Job Requirements

  • Flexibility in scheduling including AM breakfast shift
  • willingness to work various day, night and weekend shifts
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Develop knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods (grill, sauté and fry)
  • use knives and various kitchen equipment proficiently
  • consistently prepare all food items to standard
  • prepare cold items, salads, simple side dishes, simple appetizers and more
  • wash and chop vegetables, cut meat, and prepare cooking ingredients
  • assist with inventory management to ensure proper par and stock levels
  • mix and prepare cold sauces, meat glazes, jellies, salad dressings, and stuffings
  • learn to minimize food waste through cross utilization
  • work collaboratively with a world-class culinary team
  • create workstations equipped with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
  • maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment
  • properly store all food and kitchen items
  • set up and break down the breakfast buffet and keep it stocked during breakfast hours
