Job Requirements
- Minimum two years experience in a high volume food and beverage operation
- food safety certification
- knowledge of basic cooking and butchering skills
- advanced knife skills
- ability to follow company policies
- strong problem solving and reasoning skills
- effective oral communication skills
- physical ability to perform kitchen duties including lifting up to 60 pounds
- flexibility to work day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts

- Knowledge of butchering, sauces, soups, cooking of meat, fish, and vegetables
- advanced knife skills
- knowledge of company policies
- strong problem anticipation and deductive reasoning ability
- excellent oral comprehension and expression
- minimum two years experience in a high volume food and beverage operation using similar cooking techniques
- food safety certified
Job Duties
- Follow standard recipes for food preparation
- collect food and beverage products and small wares needed for prep
- assist in plating food items for service
- handle leftover food items as directed
- operate food production equipment as per manufacturer instructions
- consistently use safe and sanitary food handling practices including HAACP guidelines
- clean banquet preparation and serving equipment and workstations
- return soiled utensils to proper areas
- ensure safety and sanitation compliance
- conduct daily kitchen walkthroughs for cleanliness and maintenance
- promote company safety goals
- effectively communicate professionally with management, associates, and vendors
- promote harmonious staff and vendor relations
- timely communication and follow-up
- actively participate in required events, programs, meetings and trainings
- represent the club professionally in image, dress, and communication
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- uphold TBCC mission and club brand in kitchen operations
- support corporate objectives and positive change
- prioritize professional development
- flexible work schedule including day, evening, weekends and holidays
