Job Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant food preparation experience
  • Ability to work full-time, day shift
  • Capacity to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items as per daily menus and standardized recipes
  • Perform preparation of cold foods for tray line, Harvest Kitchen, and catering
  • Occasionally cook or finish recipes or products
  • Perform ingredient prep duties, gathering items in correct quantities for recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cooking equipment and workstations
  • Collaborate with leadership and storeroom to ensure provision of food and supplies
  • Follow food safety standards at all times
