Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of relevant food preparation experience
- Ability to work full-time, day shift
- Capacity to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Standing for extended periods and ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Prepare food items as per daily menus and standardized recipes
- Perform preparation of cold foods for tray line, Harvest Kitchen, and catering
- Occasionally cook or finish recipes or products
- Perform ingredient prep duties, gathering items in correct quantities for recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cooking equipment and workstations
- Collaborate with leadership and storeroom to ensure provision of food and supplies
- Follow food safety standards at all times
