Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking or food prep experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop and move actively during shifts

Job Duties
- Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
- Communicates effectively and clearly
- Assumes 100 percent responsibility for quality of products served
- Able to exert well-paced mobility throughout scheduled shift
- Complies with company policies, procedures, equipment use and food preparation
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products to assure efficient service
- Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation
- Handles, stores, labels, dates and rotates all products properly and consistently
- Complies with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
- Completes required tasks within assigned time frames
- Assists in line service, maintenance, cleanliness and/or other kitchen duties as assigned
- Follow procedures for opening, closing and on-going cleanliness
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
