High school diploma or equivalent
one plus years of food service experience
must be 21 years or older
ability to perform physical kitchen duties such as lifting and standing
must obtain ServSafe certification

Job Duties

Assists in the preparation and presentation of quality food
provides good customer service and engages young adults aged 16-24
assists in kitchen clean-up, washing dishes, cleaning and sanitizing the food preparation area
transports finished meals from preparation area to serving line
keeps serving counters stocked with prepared food
provides high-quality supervision and management for the student population, especially student Food Service workers
may provide supervision and training to kitchen staff in coordination with the Food Service Manager
performs other duties as assigned
