Job Duties

  • produce quality food goods in a consistent standardized manner according to accepted recipes for all Woodlands Market locations
  • maintain quality assurance and consistency of finished products
  • observe standard operating procedures of safety and food sanitation including time and temperature control and proper storage for all product
  • adhere to food handling, personal safety and use of protective equipment
  • assist in basic food preparation and maintain proper kitchen flow
  • develop knife skills and learn required techniques under supervision
  • follow kitchen manager directions for cooking products
