Job Duties
- prepare ingredients for menu items including chopping vegetables and portioning proteins
- stock kitchen and line with necessary items to ensure timely completion of food orders

- assist chefs and cooks with food preparation as needed
- monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
