Job Duties
- Prepare and portion ingredients for menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Ensure kitchen and prep areas are stocked with all necessary items to enable smooth service
- Follow proper food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures to maintain guest safety and compliance
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to support efficient workflow and timely completion of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station and storage areas
- Assist in inventory management and reporting of shortages or needs
- Adhere to all company house rules regarding workplace conduct and team values
