Job Requirements

- Must have weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare food using scratch ingredients from local farm partners
- Set up line cooks for success during meal periods
- Learn and apply knowledge of flavor profiles and food trends
- Work across all kitchen stations as part of the hat development program
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Assist in inventory management and stock preparation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality food service
