Job Duties

  • Prepare and organize all ingredients for service, following standardized recipes and chef instructions
  • Wash, peel, chop, cut, and measure ingredients precisely according to menu requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations, storage areas, and refrigeration units
  • Label, date, and properly store all prepared items to maintain freshness and prevent waste
  • Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies in compliance with health department regulations
  • Communicate effectively with line cooks and chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Support kitchen team during service as needed
