Job Requirements
- One year of culinary or related food-handling experience
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Must have a valid Food Handlers Permit
- Ability to maintain standing position for long periods
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 lbs and occasionally lift/move 50 lbs
- Continual use of manual dexterity and motor skills
- Availability for variable schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of food and beverage products, preparation and handling techniques
- Understanding of health codes, food sanitation and safety practices
- Ability to provide excellent customer service including needs assessment
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity
- Ability to maintain calm demeanor under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with guests and staff

Job Duties
- Prepare food ingredients and assist in kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations

- Communicate clearly with team members and management
- Maintain proper uniform and personal hygiene as required
