Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as a line cook
- food service sanitation certification or ability to obtain on-the-job

Job Duties
- Responsible for a specialized production area including setup, stocking, and operation of Wellness and Omelet stations
- assist in bakery, salad, or deli departments
- prepare ingredients including slicing meats and cheeses and cutting produce
- support cost management through stocking and inventory duties
- work primarily in an assigned area with cross-training across Marketplace operations
- attend daily staff huddles and required trainings
- wash pots and pans, clean griddles and fryers, perform daily and deep-clean sanitation tasks
- assist chefs and supervisors by preparing ingredients for standardized recipes
- support catering preparation and assist with event execution
- perform additional duties as needed to support Marketplace operations
