Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to follow safety and hygiene regulations
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- prepare home-made meals using fresh, never frozen ingredients
- ensure every customer receives their made-from-scratch meal hot off the grill
- make signature sauces and desserts
- keep the restaurant impressively clean and organized
- follow the three core rules: do everything you can for the customer, maintain cleanliness, and have fun
- participate in community involvement events
- adhere to company policies and safety standards
