Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter, prep cook, or fry/salad chef
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Basic culinary knowledge and knife skills
Job Duties
- Coordinate and prepare scratch made food items according to recipes and standards
- Ensure proper measurements and ingredient use
- Maintain food quality and shelf life standards
- Clean and organize kitchen workspaces consistently
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures strictly
- Assist with kitchen inventory and stock management
- Support team members with food preparation tasks as needed
