Job Duties
- Prepare soups, sauces, pasta, and lasagna according to recipe instructions
- Maintain and uphold the highest safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Ensure all prep work is done efficiently and timely to support kitchen operations
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen prep areas
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to meet quality and guest satisfaction standards
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and report shortages
