Job Requirements

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively in English

  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
  • Have the ability to lift and carry 30-65 lbs
  • Must be able to stand or walk for long periods, exceeding 7-9 hours

Job Duties

  • Love working with people
  • Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not preparing food
  • Make and assemble food with speed and accuracy
  • Learn all back of house positions including waffle fry preparation, nugget preparation, sandwich preparation, cooking, preparation, and breading
  • Constantly check temperatures and ensure food safety along with brand food quality and safety standards
  • Check for product quality and consistency
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of menu items
  • Complete all Pathway training materials pertaining to food preparation
