Job Requirements
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 30-65 lbs
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods, exceeding 7-9 hours
- Have reliable transportation
- Be comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions
- Be proficient in food safety
- Cross train in other areas of the restaurant when needed
- Be timely with a sense of urgency when preparing food in a timely safe manner
- Be comfortable in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Love working with people
- Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not preparing food
- Make and assemble food with speed and accuracy
- Learn all back of house positions including waffle fry preparation, nugget preparation, sandwich preparation, cooking, preparation, and breading
- Constantly check temperatures and ensure food safety along with brand food quality and safety standards
- Check for product quality and consistency
- Have an in-depth knowledge of menu items
- Complete all Pathway training materials pertaining to food preparation
