Job Requirements

  • Full time (30 hours or more) or part-time (30 hours or less) availability with flexible schedule
  • Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work shifts ranging from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m.
  • At least 1 year of full-service restaurant kitchen cook experience
  • Internal candidates must be in good standing for at least one year
  • State Food Handler's Certification required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen
  • Proven knife skills and food preparation expertise
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Basic understanding of food safety standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Preferred associate's degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Management, or Business

Job Duties

  • Perform routine food preparation tasks including chopping, peeling, and measuring ingredients
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and workstations
  • Organize and maintain kitchen supplies and ingredients
  • Follow recipe standards and portion control guidelines
  • Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation as needed
  • Monitor and replenish inventory
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures
