Job Duties
- Prepare and stock food items and ingredients needed for kitchen and line support
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas and kitchen stations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of food orders
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
- Support the culinary team during busy periods by efficiently managing prep tasks
