Job Qualifications

previous experience as Pitmaster, Meat Cutter, Line Cook, Expediter, Prep Cook, or Fry/Salad Chef
knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
strong attention to detail
positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
excellent communication skills

Job Duties

coordinate and organize food preparation according to recipes and standards
ensure proper measurements and ingredient usage
maintain high food quality and shelf life adherence
follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures
clean and stay organized throughout shifts
assist with transporting and handling stock items
support kitchen team collaboration
