Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year hands on experience
  • ability to maintain safe and sanitary working conditions
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • capability to safely operate kitchen equipment
  • strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year hands on experience in food preparation
  • knowledge of kitchen equipment
  • knowledge of food safety
  • strong guest service skills
  • ability to work well with others
  • ability to receive and carry out instructions promptly
  • Serv-Safe or equivalent certification preferred

Job Duties

  • assist the Executive Chef and cooks in following and maintaining standard recipes as listed in the ASM Global Food and Beverage Standard recipe book
  • maintain safe and sanitary working conditions and environment
  • assist in preparation of menu items as directed on Production Sheet
  • maintain quality food production standards
  • prepare hot food items for various work stations including fry/saute, broiler/roast, breakfast, stock, soups, sauces
  • follow all rules and regulations set by ASM Global
  • safely operate all kitchen equipment
  • maintain safety, sanitation, and health code standards
  • work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • perform other duties as assigned by Executive and/or Sous Chef(s)
