Job Duties
- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables
- cut meat and other ingredients
- undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces and parboiling food
- prepare simple dishes such as salads and entrees
- maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- take out trash and dispose of waste properly
- follow prep lists accurately to ensure timely preparation
