Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years experience in high-volume food service
- at least 1 year experience or exposure to menu research and development

- culinary knowledge of terms, procedures, and practices
- flexibility to perform assigned tasks independently or as part of a team
- knowledge of HACCP

Job Duties
- Cut and portion different types of meat according to specifications
- cut and portion different types of cheese according to specifications
- cut and portion different types of fruits and vegetables according to specifications
- assist with dishing out all food and meals for airlines
- read and follow dnata Catering recipes correctly and provide correct proportions
- comply with all HACCP, GMP and dnata catering sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures
- perform other duties as assigned by management
