Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen work preferred
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform general kitchen tasks
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong time management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new kitchen procedures

Job Duties
- Assist with food prep and similar tasks as assigned by Chef
- Use various commercial grade kitchen appliances in a safe manner, including but not limited to blenders and knives
- Clean as you go mentality
- Maintain compliance with applicable health, safety, food handling, and hygiene codes and standards
- Adhere to the Won't Stop Hospitality Inc. employee handbook and Martha's Book of Rules at all times
- Other duties as assigned
