  • Minimum of 1 year experience in food prep or related role

Job Duties

  • Preparing proteins, vegetables, and other food items using grills, fryers, ovens, flattops, steam wells and various other equipment with an emphasis on quality, consistent presentation and timeliness
  • Ensuring your station is a clean and safe area by following cleaning and sanitation procedures
  • Communicating effectively to maintain a positive work environment in our kitchens
  • Prepping, stocking and organizing your work station according to proper procedure and time constraints
  • Following standardized recipes, completing prep lists and staying organized to complete tasks efficiently
