Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior kitchen or food prep experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work day shifts with a set schedule
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Complete all daily prep tasks including chopping portioning and preparing ingredients for the night shift
- Receive check and properly store incoming orders according to food safety and storage standards
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area including completing assigned deep-cleaning projects
- Assist on the line during service when needed ensuring consistency and speed
- Work the dishpit as required cleaning up after oneself and assisting with general dishwashing duties
- Follow all food safety sanitation and hygiene standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations
